Welcome to OTTera!
We're thrilled to have you with us, and excited to have the chance to build something expansive and lasting with you and your team.
To get started, we first need to set up your account in our CMS; you should have received, and filled out, a questionnaire from our awesome on-boarding team to kickstart that process. If you haven't, email Brendan so he can get it out to you ASAP.
For folks just starting out, and whom have never encountered the CMS before, we've compiled a list of resources to help orient yourself in the site, and get you started. We've linked them below, here, and highly recommend bookmarking this article if you need!
And for an overview of our Knowledge Base (this handy library of articles), check out this article HERE which spells out how we suggest navigating the system we've built!
ALL OF THE ARTICLES IN OUR KNOWLEDGE BASE ARE "TAGGED" WITH RELEVANT TOPICS, AND YOU CAN SEARCH BY TAG (E.G. "DESIGN," "NEW CLIENTS," "SUBSCRIPTIONS," ETC.) IN THE KNOWLEDGE BASE SEARCH BAR AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.
AS YOU'RE GETTING STARTED, WE SUGGEST READING ARTICLES TAGGED:
- NEW CLIENTS
- NEW SERVICES
- GETTING STARTED
- FREQUENTLY VISITED ARTICLES
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- OVERVIEW
A handy roadmap to those resources—with a suggested order of reading!
Introduction to the CMS (our handy video guide!—Coming Soon)
PRO-TIP: This video will include info about the help widget and our ticketing process; ticketing will be your best resource for making changes to your platform going forward, so we highly recommend adding that article to your Frequently Visited Links!
