We encourage you to think of the Knowledge Base as your home base of sorts—as you encounter new challenges in building your brand, or questions about our tools, or ideas for how to maximize your design, the Knowledge Base is an excellent place to start! Within the KB, you'll find an array of articles written to address most common questions and provide handy tips and best practices for navigating the OTTera toolset with ease and aplomb. As ever, our team of engineers, trainers, and designers are always available to you to walk you through any particular queries and help you manifest some real magic via our ticketing system, but for most basic inquiries—the KB is your proverbial bff.
Best Practices for Navigating the Knowledge Base (new services):
All articles in the KB are "tagged" by topic—accounting, design, applications, TVOD, etc. These tags are in turn easily searchable via the search function at the top of every page in the KB. Simply type in the topic you'd like to learn more about or about which you have questions, and the corresponding articles with that tag will populate on your screen. And then? Happy reading! (For ease and convenience, we recommend opening articles of interest in new tabs as you go so you can follow breadcrumbs back to your original inquiry or thought as needed.)
For NEW SERVICES, we've formulated a series of starter kit tags for articles that are particularly helpful when starting out, or frequently referenced at the onset of building out a project. If you're looking to dive in and gain a 3000 ft perspective of the OTTera toolset, we highly recommend reading articles tagged with the following:

Best Practices for Navigating the Knowledge Base (veteran clients):
The tags function is your friend, as well, fam! And we highly recommend as you find articles that you find particularly relevant, you bookmark them for ease of return. Remember, the KB is now fully linked to the CMS via the HELP WIDGET in the lower right hand corner of your CMS, as well as via drop down at the top of every page, thus maximizing its utility as you work to make the most of your experience.
Additionally, we've added overview articles at the forefront of each section in the KB with maps for suggested paths of parsing through articles, which we hope will prove of use. These maps are intended to serve as a guide for all clients as they consider where they might next explore, and are frequently updated as features evolve. Check them out by searching for the tags below:
